Read what others have said about my books, my publications, and what it's like to work with me.
I attended a BPM training course delivered by Roger; he was able to clearly articulate and impart his deep, comprehensive understanding of BPM, all the while displaying respect and interest towards the course attendees.
Excellent, Roger. Superbly facilitated.
Roger is a great guy to work with. He has heaps of knowledge in the BPM space and is happy to share it with everyone interested. He is a visionary and very good in coordination and communication. He was my trainer on a BPM course in Sydney and he can really bring things across but also allows the participants enough space to relate their own experiences and discuss details amongst each other.
Roger, your work is very relevant and simply expressed! Thank you for the work you do to make this simple and accessible!
This [Reimagining Management] is an amazing book. In a wonderfully simple and understandable way, it connects the different elements of BPM, enabling the reader to facilitate the change to a process-centric, value-generating organization. Thanks, Roger.
Roger is great. I always learn something new, insightful, and ultimately useful.
Once again, many congratulations on the release of your book, Elements. I was fortunate to get a digital copy and thank you for that! I must call out that you have been instrumental in helping me set up our Process CoE. Your guidance has been truly remarkable and impactful. As I have started to read the book, I can safely say you have taken the process lens to whole new dimension. Well done!
I just wanted to say thank you for the publications you provide and the inspiration you give. You are, and have been for many years, the No 1 thought leader in process management!
Roger has succeeded in creating a comprehensive, easy-to-read, and above all, very practical approach for implementing process-based management. After reading the book, there is no excuse not to start using processes to their full potential and let customers and organizations benefit from it.
Just a quick note to say thank you! You are inspirational! I’ve been a fan for years.
Roger Tregear, your insights into business process management have been invaluable. Learning from your concepts has truly made a difference in my approach. Thank you for your expertise!
This book is a must read to understand the critical role process plays at the heart of organizational excellence. From the abstract to the concrete, Roger lays out the who, how, and why of designing a process-centric organization.
Love your passion, Roger!
This book (Elements) is excellent! A superb reference book that shows how to establish and implement BPM in any organization. I like Roger’s pragmatic approach combined with his insight into the 7Enablers that must be present to achieve the desired results. I will recommend this book to all my colleagues and partners, as well as to our customers so we can improve together.
Roger’s holistic approach, centered on the 7Enablers and the Tregear Circles as a self-sustaining engine for business improvement, provides an elegant and eminently practical roadmap for delivering the outcomes that BPM has promised for so many years. If the ‘primacy of process’ concept wasn’t blindingly self-evident thus far, it certainly is now.
I love the ‘Process Elements’ concept Roger, clever! I’ve downloaded this article, look forward to reading it. Keep up the great work!
This book has the potential to become an essential, shared point of reference for designing organizations that are not only characterized by flawless processes, but most of all capitalize on process excellence to deliver sustainable value to their customers.
Roger has unlocked the mystery of business process management. He has explained a structured way to design, define, and deliver value to the customer. This excellent book covers all essential elements of process-based management which every business professional must know. It is a simple, but powerful, read for managers at all levels who aspire to establish business process management in their organizations.
I would like to acknowledge Roger Tregear’s outstanding contribution … We are appreciative of Roger’s professionalism, high level analytical expertise and organizational wisdom. In particular, his analysis of our core business, ability to identify key action items and raise sensitive topics in an appropriate, objective manner has been extremely beneficial.
For several years, I have followed Roger’s insightful contributions to organizational effectiveness. The power of his vision and the importance of his insights are far greater than Roger’s recognition thus far; he’s a hidden gem. This perceptive book will greatly increase Roger’s impact, allowing others to benefit from the innovative quality and comprehensive breadth of the thinking that he brings to the management of modern enterprises.
A modern classic for the discipline of BPM! Roger has a great gift for making the topic of process management into something practical and pragmatic, something that can be understood by business managers in general, not just ‘process people’.
Roger was brilliant. Loved his style of delivery and engagement. Excellent knowledge of the material. Great style that encouraged personal learning. Outstanding instructor!
Reimagining Management is about exactly that: management. As vice-president of large organizations, I have advocated for years the importance of weaving this new management discipline into the organizational fabric. As managers, we’ve been taught to manage finances, people, technologies, and operations, but not processes. Today’s organizations are looking for ways to reimagine management! Roger’s book is a must for any leader wanting to reframe, enrich, and refocus management to get different results.
Do you want to build a business better than usual? If so, you must read Reimagining Management. The book is full of recommendations to guide you through the whole BPM lifecycle. There’s even a step-by-step project plan for BPM implementation and a list of compelling reasons for BPM that will help you talk to senior managers!
Very knowledgeable and used examples to help our learning.
Roger is extremely quick to understand the key issues that affect business performance and to design “fit for purpose” solutions by engaging with key staff. He is an excellent communicator and rapport builder at all levels within an organization. His natural approach emphasizes long term sustainable business strategies that are owned and managed by the business. Roger gently encourages clients to commence and/or continue a process learning journey and has been instrumental in establishing process networks between organizations and expert associations.
I love Roger’s teachings and hearing explanation from the man himself has been a bucket list item for me.
Roger is a thought leader in the discipline of BPM as well as an experienced practitioner. He has the ability to cut through the theory and provide practical and useful approaches to BPM implementation.
It was great to see you again in action. You should be very proud of your training and delivery!
Roger provided an environment that facilitated good discussion in good humor. His industry experience and anecdotes from consulting engagements were insightful.
Roger always has one more masterpiece up his sleeve, Elements is his latest. I’ve spent the past week going through this BPM’s box of chocolates. I liked the nonsequential order of the elements. This format engages readers who usually break content into short and focused reading intervals. Elements is an essential toolkit for BPM professionals.
Roger, thank you for your strong support, mentorship and “Elements” to become even better!
Congratulations Roger on the release of Elements. Your previous book Reimagining Management was the main reference for many BPM Practitioners. Can’t wait to read Elements.
It really was an invaluable course and there were some excellent nuggets in there for me in connections between concepts that I didn’t fully appreciate previously. So, thank you very much for that.
Score says it all ─ excellent.
Congratulations to fellow process-thinker, Roger Tregear, for this great book showing that process-thinking remains relevant. Change is happening faster than ever, and organizations need to be more adaptive. This book supports building and improving key enablers to cope with this challenge by putting processes at the center of the discussion where they belong. Enjoy reading and be inspired!
Roger has tremendous analytical and communications skills. Roger can very quickly understand what the business domain is about and then articulate the requirements using the right tools and language for the audience. He is highly focused and motivated. As a BPM practitioner, he is one of the best.
Typically, I refrain from posting, but I’m making an exception to wholeheartedly recommend Roger Tregear’s book Elements. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting out, this book offers invaluable tools for learning, rethinking, and practical application. If you’re looking to enhance your understanding of processes, I highly encourage you to check it out.
Thank you so much, Roger Tregear. You are among those few people who live life as they speak. You speak about creating values and you deliver the values for life. Thank you so much.
Loved the way Roger explains the concepts in simple terms. The repetition was also good. Lovely sense of humor.
Roger Tregear, your approaches are genius!
I loved this whole course. It was quite validating.
Reimagining Management defines the missing link. Process-centric approaches promise significant improvements in organizational performance, a promise that has proven hard to deliver. Roger describes an elegant and practical metamodel that shows how to realize and sustain the significant potential of process-based management.
Roger Tregear is a key member of the business process movement. He is a skilled and popular instructor, an author of insightful articles on process issues, and an experienced consultant. He has helped a variety of companies improve their business processes just as he has trained numerous individuals to do the same. Roger is one of those people you naturally turn to if you have a business process problem and want experienced help.
Charismatic, approachable subject matter expert. Very willing to help and build networks for ongoing support.
Roger is one of the most active process professionals in Australia. Whether coaching, mentoring, consulting, speaking, writing, or organizing Australia’s pre-eminent process conference; Roger approaches everything with integrity and passion. I am extremely appreciative of the support Roger has afforded me in my recent endeavors and imagine that I am not alone in benefiting from his experience.
This book will be an eye-opener for any manager looking to redefine traditional management beyond the old model we’ve been taught and continue to practice.
